The VPA-C progressive distributor is characterized by its practical plate design, which allows the metering plate to be replaced at any time without having to disconnect the piping.
It can also be flexibly configured with a wide range of switching and metering variants and equipped with function controls.

Modular system
The distributor consists of a base plate and a dosing plate. This means that the dosing plate can be replaced at any time without having to loosen the pipe fittings or completely replace the distributor, for example to change dosing quantities or carry out repair work.
Wide range of dosing variations
By using different metering pistons, screw plugs and bridges, almost any lubrication application can be realized and lubrication quantities from as little as 0.05 cm³/stroke can be dispensed. Bridges are also available with an integrated outlet, which opens up even more possibilities for the distribution circuit.
Large metering volume range
With the VPA-C, the metering volume range varies from 0.05 to 0.90 cm³/piston stroke. This range can be extended even further by using circuit elements.
Function monitoring
The function of the progressive system can be monitored and evaluated at the distributor either optically or electrically by means of a proximity switch or reed contact. It is also possible to replace the monitoring on the dosing plate.
Attachment elements on the inlet side
It is possible to mount additional add-on elements directly at the distributor inlet using a suitable flange plate. These include, for example, volumetric flow devices or directional control valve technology.
Versions for explosion-protected areas are possible.
